AI-ready infrastructure
Servers, workstations and AI-capable laptops sized to your workload, sourced through our authorized distribution partners and deployed by our team.
See hardware →Security and compliance
Before AI touches patient data, we review accounts, permissions, data-sharing settings and vendor agreements so your rollout stands up to scrutiny.
Read the checklist →Adoption and training
A small pilot, clear usage policies and hands-on staff training, so the tools you pay for actually get used and used safely.
How it works →The right hardware for the work you want AI to do.
Most cloud AI tools run on the computers you already have. Running AI locally, analyzing imaging or large datasets, or keeping workloads on-premises calls for more capable hardware.
On-premises AI servers
2U servers with room for GPU accelerators, for organizations that want to keep AI workloads and data in their own environment.

Mobile workstations with NVIDIA RTX PRO graphics for analytics, model testing, imaging review and other demanding work.
Browse the catalog →AI-capable business laptops
Current-generation laptops with Intel Core Ultra processors, which include a built-in AI engine (NPU) for on-device features.
Business computers →Six things to have in place first.
- A signed business associate agreement (BAA). If a tool will see protected health information (PHI), the vendor must sign a BAA that covers that specific product. Many AI tools do not offer one, or only on certain plans.
- Work accounts only, never personal ones. Use the business or enterprise version inside your organization's accounts. Free and personal AI apps should not be used with patient information.
- Clean up permissions. AI assistants can surface anything a user has access to. Review file-sharing and folder permissions before you turn them on.
- Data protection controls. Set up data loss prevention, sensitivity labels and audit logging so you know what is shared and can prove it.
- A written AI use policy. Spell out which tools are approved, what data may be entered, and who reviews AI-generated clinical content.
- Staff training. Show people what good use looks like, and what not to paste into an AI tool.
We can review all six as part of an assessment. This checklist is general guidance, not legal advice; confirm requirements with your compliance officer.
Tools worth evaluating, and what to check first.
A focused shortlist for healthcare organizations. The labels show whether each tool is built for patient data or should be kept away from it until a BAA is confirmed.

AI Readiness Assessment
A fixed-scope review of where AI can help and what has to be in place first.
- Interviews with leadership and key staff about goals and pain points
- Review of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts, sharing and permissions
- Security and data-protection check for AI use with patient data
- Review of existing vendor agreements and BAAs
You receive: a written readiness report with risks, quick wins, a recommended first use case and an estimated budget, in about 2 to 3 weeks.
Price depends on staff count and locations: small clinics (up to ~25 staff) start at $2,500; mid-size clinics and FQHCs typically $5,000 to $7,500; hospitals and multi-site organizations by quote. 50% of the assessment fee is credited toward a pilot signed within 60 days.

We build AI tools for care and education organizations in our own group first.
Before we recommend an approach to you, we put it to work in organizations we operate ourselves.
AI Care Helper
For a California-licensed in-home care agency in our group, we built a care hub with an AI assistant that helps caregivers and families with day-to-day care questions, plus a shared client shopping list that keeps families and caregivers coordinated.
AI in medical billing training
For our affiliated vocational school, we designed how students use AI in the medical billing program: AI stays off while students learn the fundamentals, acts as a coach during practice, is fully enabled in real-world workflow simulations, and is turned off again for certification prep, with faculty visibility into AI interaction logs.
Clinics & FQHCs
Practical, budget-conscious AI adoption with a clear first step that can be planned into operating budgets and grant requests.
Hospitals & health systems
Department-level pilots, infrastructure planning and security reviews that fit alongside existing IT and compliance processes.
Administrative & back-office teams
Billing, HR, finance and operations teams that want to save time on documents, reporting and repetitive work.
One partner for the tools, the hardware and the security.
Healthcare IT focus
We build and support IT infrastructure for hospitals, clinics and FQHCs, so we understand the systems, budgets and compliance pressures you work with.
Hardware and services together
We can assess, source, configure and support, instead of leaving you to coordinate separate vendors.
Security first
Our AI work builds on our security assessment practice, so permissions and data protection are part of the plan from day one.
Authorized partnerships
We work with authorized partners including HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks and Juniper, sourced through national distribution.
AI adoption FAQ
Can we use AI with patient information?
Sometimes. The tool must be covered by a business associate agreement (BAA) with the vendor, used with work accounts, and configured with the right controls. Many popular AI tools are not covered. The assessment tells you which ones are safe for your situation.
Do we need new hardware?
Usually not to get started. Most cloud AI tools run on the computers you already have. New hardware makes sense if you want to run AI on-premises, work with large datasets or imaging, or replace aging devices anyway.
How long does it take to get started?
The readiness assessment typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. A pilot usually runs 30 to 60 days after that, depending on the use case and licensing.
What does it cost to start?
Assessments start at $2,500 for small clinics. Pilots and rollouts are quoted after the assessment, and 50% of the assessment fee is credited toward a pilot signed within 60 days.
We already have Microsoft 365. Is Copilot the obvious choice?
It's often a strong option because it works inside the tools your staff already use. But its value depends on clean permissions and the right licenses, which is exactly what the assessment checks. We can supply Copilot licenses directly as part of a pilot or rollout.
